What is the difference between Premium and Builder Grade cabinets?
Builder Grade cabinets are designed for high-volume renovations where budget is the priority — solid construction with straightforward finishes. Premium cabinets feature full-overlay doors, furniture-grade plywood boxes, soft-close hardware on every hinge and drawer, and upgraded finishes like high-gloss lacquer or matte two-tone. Both lines include dovetail joinery as standard.
Do you offer glass door options?
Yes. Several of our cabinet lines offer optional glass inserts including clear glass, reeded glass, and frosted glass panels. Glass door options are available as individual add-ons and can be selected during checkout or discussed with your design consultant.

How long does the delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on cabinet selections and customization. However, our streamlined operations and factory-direct model allow us to maintain reliable turnaround times. Estimated delivery details are shared during the ordering process.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 5–10 business days from our warehouse. Custom or special-order items typically ship in 3–4 weeks. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We offer curbside delivery and white-glove delivery options at checkout.
Assembly & Installation
Are the cabinets easy to install?
Our cabinets utilize a 1/2" plywood box construction with full dado joints and L-brackets for reinforced strength and straightforward assembly.
Are the cabinets easy to install?
Our cabinets are designed for professional installation and come with detailed assembly guides. All cabinets arrive pre-assembled or RTA (ready-to-assemble) depending on the line. We recommend professional installation for the best results. Our team can recommend vetted installers in your area upon request.

How does the online ordering process work?
Our online ordering experience is designed to be simple and intuitive. From receiving a quote to final delivery, our platform guides you through each step. Our expert support team is also available to assist with planning, selections, and order details.
Is pricing transparent?
Absolutely, integrity and transparency are core values at Cabinetly. We provide clear, upfront pricing and honest timelines, so homeowners know exactly what to expect, no hidden fees or surprises.
Can I order a sample door before purchasing?
Yes. We offer door samples for $15–$25 per sample (refundable on orders over $2,000). Order samples directly from any product page. Sample orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with Affirm and Synchrony to offer flexible financing options for qualified buyers. You can apply during checkout with no impact to your credit score for pre-qualification. Terms range from 6 to 36 months depending on order size.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept returns of undamaged, uninstalled cabinets within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic documentation for a replacement or credit.

Yes. Cabinetly offers professional guidance throughout your renovation journey. Our customer-focused team helps homeowners navigate cabinet selections, layout considerations, and customization options to ensure a smooth and confident buying experience.
